Buena Vista

This whole house renovation required a new foundation, structural steel framing, completely new plumbing and electrical infrastructure, seismic reinforcement, and features a new 16-zone hydronic radiant heating system, new data, phone A/V and security systems.

The new light-filled kitchen and breakfast room addition has custom cabinetry and marble counters, and the home’s three existing bathrooms were completely remodeled.

We transformed the 2,000 sq. ft., previously unfinished basement level to generous living space with 8’6″ ceilings, two bedrooms, a full bath, an equipment room and large walk-out recreation room.
