Among other duties, the Superintendent supervises work being conducted by subcontractors and coordinates the ordering of materials, schedules onsite deliveries of materials and equipment, manages site logistics, coordinates with the Project Manager and General Superintendent to schedule all manpower and subcontractors, and manages the safety, security, and productivity of the site.

Among other duties, the Lead/Foreman position is responsible for the building of high-end residential construction projects—especially identifying the layout.

Project Manager

Among other duties, the Project Manager prepares all subcontracts and major material orders, produces and maintains a construction schedule with key milestones and a responsibility schedule for design decisions with respect to lead times, conducts weekly review meetings with agendas and meeting minutes, and manages changes, client approvals, and all of the documents related to the changes.

Assistant Project Manager

Among other duties, the Assistant Project Manager provides support for the Project Manager in preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, tracking all SK’s and field changes, photo documentation, coordinating samples, mock ups and submittals, and preparing a maintenance and close-out binder.
