San Francisco, CA
This penthouse suite is located in the prestigious Bellaire Tower atop Russian Hill, originally built in the 1930’s. With approximately 1,600 sq. ft. of living space and phenomenal views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Coit Tower, we transformed the space into a modern living environment with state-of-the-art appliances, lighting systems and cabinetry.
The foyer was completely panelized with European match grain walnut panel, and we incorporated an ellipse vaulted ceiling with flush trimmed lights and venetian plaster. Custom bleached maple floors were installed throughout the majority of the unit.
The kitchen cabinetry was provided by Studiobecker and customized for the client’s private chef. Other areas of the suite include living room, dining room, office, family room, bedroom and 1.5 baths.
